Alex Dewar

Alex is the Coach and Programme Lead for our LifeCycle programme with Roehampton University.

She studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at King's College London, and has always been drawn to working with people and contributing to individual and systemic change.

Drawing on a versatile career background, ranging from the City to startups, she is now a professional coach specialising in working with young people. She loves seeing the transformation that coaching brings to people's personal and career journeys, and she's thrilled to support CoachBright in its mission to bring coaching to everyone.

Outside of work, you'll find Alex practicing mindfulness, reading a good book, or pursuing one of her various random projects (!).
