CoachBright aims to improve social mobility by coaching disadvantaged pupils to become confident, independent, and resilient.

We partner with schools to provide 8-10 week long coaching programmes. Our Peer to Peer programmes train older pupils in the core skills of coaching and then supports them to work one-to-one with younger peers, creating powerful leadership opportunities and positive peer relationships across the school. Our UniCoach programmes match undergraduate coaches, who volunteer from universities across England, with your primary or secondary aged pupils. They act as champions and role models, helping your pupils to recognise their potential and achieve their best!

In 2025/2026, we will be partnering with 80 schools across the West Midlands, East Midlands, London, the South East, South West, North East and North West.
