We're currently recruiting Associate Programme Leads to join our growing network of freelance facilitators, delivering CoachBright programmes in schools and universities across England during the 2026/27 academic year.

This is a flexible, freelance contract for services. You choose which programme assignments suit your availability, with fixed fees agreed in advance for each one. We're particularly keen to hear from experienced facilitators who can travel within Cornwall/Plymouth, the South East (London, Hampshire, Sussex, Kent, Berkshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Milton Keynes), the North West (Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire, Staffordshire), or the North East (Northumberland, Newcastle, Tyneside, Teesside).

You'll need experience delivering programmes, workshops, coaching or training with young people, strong relationship-building skills, and confidence working independently. An Enhanced DBS check is required before delivery begins.

Find out more and apply via the CharityJob website here. We review applications on a rolling basis, so early applications are encouraged.
