As an award-winning, fast-growing social mobility organisation our mission is to support young people from disadvantaged communities to identify and fulfil their potential.

Working in partnership with schools, we deliver academic tutoring/coaching programmes that improve a pupil’s grades, confidence and independence so they can win places at top universities and high level apprenticeships.

Having turned six years old in February 2020, we are at an exciting stage of growth and have ambitious plans to scale our impact and reach. Currently working across London, West Midlands and the South West we are looking to thoughtfully scale our academic programmes into hard to reach deprivation areas. By 2022/23, we want to support 10% of secondary schools nationally.

Since 2014, we have developed emerging partnerships and relationships across the school sector and making a tangible difference to young people’s lives through improving their attainment, confidence and independence. We are now looking for two new team members.

Across the South West, we support pupils across Plymouth, Exeter and Bristol. Since 2014, we have developed emerging partnerships and relationships across the region with the University of Plymouth and Exeter. We are now looking for a new team member to help realise the full potential of Plymouth.

Working collaboratively with the University of Plymouth and partner schools we need an outgoing, passionate self-starter to drive our work across our core programmes in and outside of Plymouth.

We need an outgoing, passionate self-starter to support the London team in coordinating three of our peer to peer programmes.

As a vital member of the organisation, you will be responsible for partnership development, profile raising and managing three of our programmes from volunteer recruitment all the way through to evaluation.

Hiring 2 Days a Week - Exeter Programme Officer

CoachBright is an award-winning, fast-growing social enterprise on a mission to support young people from the ages of 10-30 to identify and fulfil their potential.

We do this in two ways. Firstly, by helping pupils from low-income families become independent and resilient so they can lead the lives they want. We believe your background should not determine your future. Our programmes improve a pupil’s grades, confidence and expectations so they can win places at top universities.

Secondly, we train young professionals in coaching skills to develop their interpersonal, communication and leadership skills as well as their self awareness.

We’re at an exciting stage of growth in our fourth year. Working across London, Birmingham, Devon and Wiltshire, we are expanding to work with over 1,000 pupils. For the first time, this will be from Key Stage 2 right up to Key Stage 5.

We are looking for a rising star to join our passionate team and drive our programmes forward. The Programme Officer will recruit passionate volunteers, deliver our training and workshops, and manage day-to-day school delivery in the South West. We’re at an exciting stage of growth as we enter year four. After working with schools across London, Exeter, Birmingham and Oxford, we are expanding next academic year to work with over 500 pupils to play our part in tackling educational disadvantage.

We are looking for two rising stars to join our passionate team to help drive our coaching programmes forward. The Programme Officer will manage day-to-day school delivery in the South West or London and help in planning our future programme direction. This is an ‘in at the deep end’ role and s/he will flourish in a small dynamic team with real influence in decision making.
