Kelly McAree

A strategic advisor & consultant, Kelly built her career through global consulting firm Accenture and through leading strategy and product transformation within industry - driving strategy and product development in a FTSE 100 media company and more recently as Chief Strategy Officer for a tech scale up.

She is a socially mobile business leader who has continually challenged the status quo of how companies operate and what they offer the people they serve - helping teams identify how to grow and leading the internal transformations needed to make it happen.

Kelly lives in West London with her partner and young child. She is half Filipino and half Irish and attended state school on free school meals in West London. She was fortunate enough to get a scholarship to Oxford because she had teachers who supported and pushed her.
