CoachBright

Lou is Coach and Programme Manager for the LifeCycle programme with Roehampton University. 

She studied Journalism as an undergraduate before completing a postgraduate degree in Creative and Professional Writing at Roehampton University. 

With over 15 years' experience in the marketing and advertising industry, Lou has always been drawn to supporting people. She finds real value in helping individuals and teams grow in confidence, capability and connection. Her passion for development and transformation led her to coaching in 2023. 

Lou is now a professional coach, working with people navigating uncertainty, change and growth. This might include stepping into something new, rebuilding confidence, or figuring out what comes next. She is delighted to work with CoachBright to bring coaching to young people and support them in shaping their futures. 

Outside of work, Lou loves reading, writing and spending time by the sea with her husband and daughter.
