Our Work With Schools

We partner with forward-thinking schools to build confidence, communication and connection in young people, through pupil-led peer coaching and university volunteers who inspire them to reach their potential.

Peer to Peer

For primary and secondary schools

Our Peer to Peer programme trains older pupils in the core skills of coaching and supports them to work one-to-one with younger peers, creating powerful leadership opportunities and positive peer relationships across the school.

We train, develop, and accredit older pupils as confident peer coaches, improving engagement, learning, and culture across both primary and secondary schools.

“The programme had a highly positive impact on our Year 5 and Year 3 children. It helped to build their confidence, improve their communication skills, and develop greater independence in their learning.”
— Natalie Footitt, Classteacher, Brooklands Farm Primary School

UniCoach

For secondary schools and sixth form

“ I like the independence and working with someone whose experiences I can discover. CoachBright is a great opportunity for students to learn from one another and improve their own understanding as well as someone else’s!”
— Sabrina, Year 12 student at ARK Evelyn Grace Academy, London

Through our UniCoach programme, we pair pupils with a university student coach on a 1:3-1:5 basis. Each pairing works on the selected subject area for the duration of the programme.

At KS3 and KS4 level, we offer coaching in English, Maths, and Science. At KS5 level, we offer coaching in a range of subjects

LifeCycle

For universities

Our LifeCycle programme centres on developing university students’ confidence, sense of belonging and academic skills.

Through professional coaching, students develop the essential skills to help them thrive at university and beyond.

“CoachBright has helped me gain confidence and realise I can achieve big things”
— Anna, University of Roehampton Student
