Siana brings over seven years of dedicated experience in the youth charity sector, deeply rooted in youth work. Beyond her role at Coachbright, she actively leads her local YMCA youth club, shaping young lives every week, while also driving change nationally as a YMCA Youth Ambassador. Her first-hand experiences have given her deep insight into the far-reaching impact of social mobility on young people across local, national, and international platforms.In 2024, her relentless advocacy earned her YMCA’s Young Campaigner of the Year award, recognizing her powerful voice in championing youth empowerment.

Outside of her work, Siana is a passionate theatre-goer, with an ambitious 2025 goal: to see every production at the Royal Shakespeare Company Theatre.
