Charlene is a registered social worker who has built her career in the third sector, supporting some of the most vulnerable children in the country. She has a wealth of experience in the field of social care and education that includes training, programmes management and leadership, learning development and operations.

Charlene is looking forward to being part of CoachBright’s mission to improve social mobility and increase life chances.

On the weekends, Charlene will often be found on the Heath playing ball games with her Boston Terrier!
