CoachBright have partnered up with The Schools, Students and Teachers Network (SSAT) to offer all our coaches a formal Student Leadership Accreditation!

what is the ssat award?

We've crafted this award in collaboration with the SSAT to officially acknowledge the skills, commitment and responsibilities involved with being a CoachBright coach.

The internationally-recognised certificate is a great addition to your CV, formally demonstrating your achievements and skills to employers!

HOW DO YOU achieve IT?

  • By being a Coach with us, you will be eligible for the award providing that you have been committed for a full term and carried out your volunteer role to the expected standards.

  • You are automatically eligible for the Bronze level if you coach on one programme, the Silver level if you coach on more than one programme and the Gold level if you are a Coach Lead!

  • If you are not automatically eligible for Silver or Gold, you can complete a leadership portfolio to achieve these levels.

  • In your portfolio, you will need to demonstrate that you have ten specific leadership skills to the desired level.

  • Our CoachBright staff are here to support with your portfolios!

“I applied for the SSAT award through CoachBright because it was a way to showcase my skills in a classroom and would be beneficial for my aspirations of becoming a teacher. I really enjoyed the process of creating the SLA portfolio as it allowed me to gather all sorts of previous experiences into one document.”
